About Cleaning Proposal

Cleaning Proposal is a free resource from Outscoped, proposal and bidding software for commercial cleaning companies. It shares the templates, pricing method and production rates behind Outscoped so any cleaning company can price and present a job with confidence.

Where the numbers come from

Every price on this site is calculated with the same math as Outscoped's pricing engine. Production rates are Industry Standard Production Rates used as Outscoped's editable defaults. Federal payroll tax figures link to the IRS and SSA. State figures are marked confirmed or estimate. Examples use one sample building, Lakeview Office Park, prepared by a sample company, Summit Commercial Cleaning.
