These are Industry Standard Production Rates: the square feet one cleaner covers in an hour, by area type. Divide an area's square feet by its rate to get hours. For example, 8,600 sq ft of open office at 4,000 sq ft an hour is 2.15 hours a visit. They are Outscoped's editable defaults, so adjust them to your crew.

Rates assume a normal level of dirt and a trained cleaner. Heavy traffic, clutter and fewer visits a week all slow a crew down. Track your own crew's times and update the rates.
A production rate is how many square feet one cleaner can clean in an hour in a given type of area. Dividing an area's square feet by its production rate gives the labor hours for that area.
Where do these production rates come from?
They are Industry Standard Production Rates used as Outscoped's defaults, from standard published production-rate tables. Every crew is different, so treat them as a starting point and adjust them to what your crew actually does.
Why are restroom production rates so low?
Restrooms have many fixtures and surfaces that each need cleaning and disinfecting, so one cleaner covers far fewer square feet an hour there than in open office space.
