Cleaning Proposalby Outscoped

Church Cleaning Proposal Template

A church cleaning proposal should be scheduled around services and events, not a standard weeknight routine. Most churches need the sanctuary, nursery, classrooms, kitchen and restrooms ready before the weekend and cleaned again after. Show which days you clean, what gets done each visit, and how you handle extra cleaning after weddings, funerals or large events.

Common questions

How often should a church be cleaned?
Most churches choose one to three cleanings a week timed around services, plus extra cleanings after large events. Your proposal can offer these as Good, Better and Best options.
What areas go in a church cleaning proposal?
The sanctuary or auditorium, nursery and childcare rooms, classrooms, hallways, restrooms, the kitchen or fellowship hall, and offices if there are any.
How do you price church cleaning?
Price each area with its production rate, then multiply by visits a week. A sanctuary cleans much faster per square foot than a nursery. Use the calculator to build your numbers.
